Fuel Problem

I put on a 4" exhaust and added the juice with attitude, everything is working great but when i throttle up real hard the fuel pressure drops to 3 and it beeps. At idle its at 9-10, had new 44p and intank pump replace probably 3 years ago. They took the one off of the motor and put it in the tank, I m hearing thats not the way to go. Any help on this. Thx

Neither, put it on the frame back as close as possible to the fuel tank.
