I know some people have had problems with the pumps on the fass the brushes sticking or something, a friend of mine would have to get under his and tap it with a wrench till he got it sent in for repair.

Depending on how old the fass is, there was an updated brush assembly that they sent me for the fass on my 99 I had. The problem is that fass has no technical support they only refer you to a dealer. Before I sold my 99 I was having another issue and they gave me 5 dealers, 3 were mail order houses with no knowledge the other 2 had stopped selling fass because of there poor dealer support. Called got 5 more same thing nobody could help. Finally someone on another message board was able to help.
