Red face Fuel Pressure ?

I everyone i have my 01 4x4 was wondering what kind of fuel pressure i should have. I have an edge juice with attitude 4 inch turbo back and new VP44. At an idle im reading about 12-14, crusin 9-11, and WOT 5-9. Does this sound normal or do i have a problem.

You want your fuel pressure to be at 10psi or above, even under wide open throttle. Id say its time for a new, or better, lift pump.

Many options and even more opinions on this subject.
I'm doing well with my Carter 4601HP from Summit relocated to the frame rail in front of the fuel tank...since Sept. '04. 15 psi idle/11 WOT w/Comp on 5X5. Pics in my gallery.

I just installed a new Carter Campaign pump on my 01 and I get 14psi at idle and about 10psi under hard acceleration. The Dodge factory service manual says the minimum fuel pressure is 10psi at idle. So technically you're OK. I think most guys replace the lift pump when the fuel pressure goes below 5-6psi at wide open throttle.

Rule of thumb around here is anything under 5 PSI @ WOT is when its time to worry about starvation..
