Electrical Problem

Ok here we go I have a 06 5.9 dodge 2500 4x4 auto everything.

Here is the prob. When i turn the key to the on poison to let the fuel pump charge the injectors the radio and BD out look come on. when i start the truck the BD stays on but the radio turns off and will not come back on. Some times both of them will go off and will not come back on. I have checked the fuses under the hood traced wires from under the dash to the fuse box. I do know that the radio, OBDII, cigarette lighter are all connected in some way the cigarette lighter still works like it should. The BD out look system plugs into the OBDII port.

Any help or suggestions

Thanks

The Diagnostic CAN-C is used exclusively for the transmission of diagnostic information between the Totally Integrated Power Module/Central GateWay (TIPM or TIPMCGW) and a diagnostic scan tool connected to the DLC.
In other words take to dealer to reconfigure the TIPM.
