You may have popped a seal in the slave cylinder, and the brake fluid leaked out. Adding brake juice might get you to the dealer. Fill it up again and try it. Bleeding it consists of using the clutch pedal, as it is "self-bleeding".
This should be covered under warranty.

clutch master cylinder

I took the master cyl off, and the seal on the very end had a tear in it, this is there the seal off the resivore when you are pushing the clutch pedal down, it pushes fluid to the slave cylinder and seals off the resivore, it was bleeding back into the res. instead of waiting on the dealer to get it in next week, I just ordered a new master cyl for it, $50.54, not bad but man the whole thing is made of plastic, this just aint like my IH pickup.

Hopefully you got it bled out by now. I had the same ordeal on my 02 and finally gave up and went to DC to get the slave/master assy with interconnecting lines. No blleding, quick install and no hair loss trying to figure it out. Hope ya got lots of pedal!!!!
