Does't like to go into overdrive
This 95 dodge doesn't like to go into overdrive. This is what I've done, 2 new batteries, new TPS,new Transmission temp sensor and a noise filter from DTT.IT acts Like a vacum problem on and old transmission.Mybe someone has and idea I can try. Thanks
I would try to find the problum with diagnostiics not parts , after the diagnostics then parts , on a rare occation it may take a part to confirm , if you fill in info[truck and maybe location] on the user control pannel it makes it easyer to help , last spring I put a trans. temp.sensor for gauge in a tee that I made where the stock trans. temp. is now that its getting cooler I noticed that it take a few miles[3-5] before it shifts to 4th or OD [ thats why the location in your info] then when I bought my truck -used- on the way home it would go in and out of OD and cruse , so I lifted the brake peddle and no problum , so I adjusted the brake switch mount. What you might try to help is put a low impedance test light in the wire to the torq converter and start checking the items that control the TQ , this would require a wiring diagram , sorry I don't have one.
John, you need to remove the tee and put the after market sender right in the flow, you aren't getting good numbers.
Remove the stock sender and jump across the connector to it with a 1000 ohm resistor to trick the pcm into thinking the tranny is warmed up.
I tried the tee setup once long ago, owner brought the truck back saying OD wouldn't lock up till the tranny warmed for 15 miles. It won't hurt anything at all tricking the stock temp reading.

Sometimes these tranny problems are more than folks here can help people with.
Most tranny shops will hook a computer up to your truck, take it for a drive and tell you exactly what's wrong for free.
