Dodge won't start help!!!!!!

I have a 98.5 dodge ram 2500 stock. About 5000 miles back my truck would not start I primed the injectors and with a little bit of work the truck started this happened a second time at about 2500 miles afterwards an now it will not start. last year I had a similar problem and assumed that I had a problem in the tank I removed the tank and found no issues in the course of tank removal I replaced the plastic fuel lines with rubber lines and hose clamps after that exercise I primed the system and the truck started no issues. This time I checked the fuel pressure on both side of the fuel filter the pressure is good appx 15 psi but immediately the when the pump shuts off after it 25 second cycle the pressure drops to 0. I assumed that there is a check valve in the lift pump and the pressure should not fall so fast I replaced the lift pump. No results I added fuel on the chance that my fuel gauge is not working correctly. But again nothing. In one of the many attempts to prime my system I did get significant fuel flow from # 3 injector. I stumped. I fear that my injector pump has failed. Any thoughts

Turn the key on and off 3 times, do not engage starter. On the third cycle, leave the key on. If there are any codes they will display in the odometer.

Lary, key trick will not work on 98.5 and 99 trucks......

Have to have a code scanner for those trucks.

Here is diagnostic info, try no start tests 2 and 3 and let us know what you find.
