The dealership would have to run your vin and the part number to see if it is covered. Cummins engine is 5 years or 100k with $100 deductible.

If part isn't covered this site has part for reasonable price.

Verdict is the fan hub carrer. It took a little work but I got it puled out. I took the carrer group to a local shop and had the baring presed out. Could not find a replacement so I got one coming in tomarow from Cummins out of Mobil AL. I plan on puting everything together tomarow. NOTE: Do not buy the cheap hub removel tool from Advanced.... The tool started to strip the main hub donection to the assembly. I used a cresent and a vice.

Remove pulley #4 and then remove bracket with bearing. 25+ years Dodge experience, not bragging just fact.
Right on the money. I got the baering in today and it after going to a local Harley shop that had a press it only took 5 min to press the baering in and I was off to the house. Only took 30 min to put everything back together. Sounds good and runs great. Next is a set of guages. Thanks to every one for the help and I will come to this site before I go to the dealer. Thanks every one who helped me.
