The dealership would have to run your vin and the part number to see if it is covered. Cummins engine is 5 years or 100k with $100 deductible.
If part isn't covered this site has part for reasonable price.

I'm betting A/C compressor clutch bearing.. Turn on the ac and listen for the click of engagment. The noise should stop instantly
Verdict is the fan hub carrer. It took a little work but I got it puled out. I took the carrer group to a local shop and had the baring presed out. Could not find a replacement so I got one coming in tomarow from Cummins out of Mobil AL. I plan on puting everything together tomarow. NOTE: Do not buy the cheap hub removel tool from Advanced.... The tool started to strip the main hub donection to the assembly. I used a cresent and a vice.
Fan hub bearing is making the noise, I have changed a few over the years so stop chasing your tail around.. Remove fan clutch and shroud. Four bolts and the fan hub and bracket will come off. Bearing needs to be pressed out and in after removing center bolt.

Remove pulley #4 and then remove bracket with bearing. 25+ years Dodge experience, not bragging just fact.
