Ddrp Help!

Trying to install on customers ride a DDRP Fass Pump. Truck is a 99 3500 The feed line from the pump to the fuel filter housing is not long enough now. Sopposed to be a direct bolt in but not hooking up right. Should I cut the metal line and install rubber between???? DAN PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!

This is a common problem, and I suspect it is a manufacturing error. I would go to fassride (FASS website) and e-mail Dan to get them to send the correct line to you. Or, simply splice the line, but that kind of defeats the "direct bolt-in" goal.

The option you listed is one way of dealing with the issue. You must have an older kit that didnt come with the line and banjo fittings. We are now shipping all DDRP kits with 2 Banjo-3/8" Pushlock fittings and 1' of fuel line. If you need this line kit contact us or your WD and we can get a kit coming to you.
