Brake Rotor

I was driving home last night and the brakes went out on the truck. Turns out that one of the front rotors broke in two.

Anyhow its a 2001.5 4X4 and I followed the Haines repair manual for removing the rotors and they will not come off. Are they just seized on or what???

Pretty flustrated right now. Anybody got any ideas???

it's just rusted on ... put some heat on it, if you can't use heat then beat it off
