Brake Bleeding Problems...

I just put a new rear in my 99 over the weekend (2001 disk rear). As soon as I got it secure and brake lines hooked up, I opened the farthest bleeder screw and let her drip into a pan, keeping an eye on the master cylinder, while I hooked other things up. I never touched the brake pedal. The gravity bleed did a fine job, and flushed the fluid at the same time.
