blueish / white smoke on cold start

Hey guys, as I was leaving work today I noticed a whiff of blueish/ white smoke. The truck had been sitting all day, so it was cold. It wasn't a thick smoke, but noticable. It is the first I have seen anything but black smoke from the pipes. The truck started and ran fine other than that. My rad is full, but my overflow is a little low. My oil seems to be a little high, but nothing extreme. My guess is head gasket or injector, but I am looking for a way to identify which could be the problem. My truck is setup the way my sig reads. I have removed the EZ and turned the Smarty right down, TST on 0x0, but before the issue the EZ was on 2 as always(which I didn't think too bad being an S.O., I believe they are programmed with less fuel pressure than the other common rail setups), and the TST off except to run hard. The smarty programming is the original and has never had pressure that way. I also haven't run the truck hard in quite awhile so it surprises me for this to surface now. Any thoughts or suggestions towards diagnosis would be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mine does that too, disappears after a few seconds of running. I am not worried. I attribute it to oil wash off from cylinder walls, and incomplete combustion until cylinder walls warm up.

Thanks for the thoughts, is there any way to check the guides without cracking everything open? If I have to go in, I will, but I would like to do all I can to isolate the problem before I dig too deep.
