Block Heater quit working

Is this a do it yourself project,if so where is the best place to get the parts and what is the degree of difficulty ? This is on a 1994 Dodge Ram Cummins Turbo Diesel

First, remove your cord and make sure it isn't bad, ohm it out.

Past that it should be as simple as replacing a freeze plug ( assuming it is bad )
