Belt Tensioner Pulley problem
Well the plastic pulley on the tensioner fell off. It was hanging on by a hose clamp lol. If it wasnt for that and a slightly shinyer serpintine belt I wouldve never noticed it. The bearing is still on, I dont know if it can still spin freely or not. I have a replacement pulley, no thanks to the Chrysler dealership, and was just wondering what all I have to do to replace it. I dont want to take the tensioner out if at all possible. Im big into working smarter not hader so I figured I'd give this post a try before I started. Thanks guys!

Bet you will find it much easier to remove tensioner assy and install pulley.
Would have advised to replace complete tensioner assy with part from AutoZone for 69 dollars. Reason-a small amount of wear where tensioner pivots causes to pully angle to vary slightly and eventually run belt off pulley.

Thanks yall. After looking at it closer, that looks like itd be the easiest way. Didnt buy the assembly because in my neck of the woods AutoZone and Advanced wanted 160 for it. NAPA was the cheapest at around 100. I got a heck of a deal on the pulley being only 22 bucks. Decided at that price id take the gamble.
