belt tensioner pulley

Has anyone had a serpentine belt tensioner problem?Called around and they are anywhere from $90.00-$150.00,has anyone just replaced the pulley with bearing?If so where can I buy one?

Generally, you can remove the pulley/ bearing assy. and match one up at a jobber. You may be further ahead to replace the whole tensioner, because the tensioner part causes more trouble than the pulley/bearing part.

I had the Tensioner freeze last year while plowing. Snapped the bolt at the block. Not fun to have the truck down when it should be making $$$$. If it feels bad replace it now.
