'99 24 valve won't start

'99 24 valve won't start

Truck has been turning over several times before starting, now won't start,
I changed the bango fitting on the side of the vp, but same thing, I cracked one of the lines in the first cylinder and fuel is spurting out as you turn it over.

Just checked the codes got PO238, P1689, PO236

P1689 No Communication Between ECM and Injection Pump Module.
Data link circuit failure between ECM and fuel injection.

P0236 Map Sensor Too High Too Long.
Problem detected in turbocharger wastegate.

P0238 Map Sensor Voltage Too High.
MAP sensor voltage input above the maximum acceptable voltage.
