It turned out to be a frozen A/C Compresser bearing. It was taking to much power to turn over.
When we took off the belt, it started right up.

That is a new one for me.
I like to keep a NON A/C belt in my road trip tool kit when taking long drives in a A/C'ed truck in case that compressor takes a dive.
