My b-i-l is having an issue with his 2006 dodge 3500. It worked fine yesterday and put about 200 miles on it. This morning, it would turn over, but never seem to fire. He doesn't have a plug for it, but he has never had any starting issues when cold before. He also is having his check engine light coming on, blinking 10 times, then staying on. I had an '02, and you could cycle the ignition to get codes, but this one won't. It is a 5.9, btw, and it got down to about 28 this morning, but nothing out of the ordinary. Any ideas?

 

it should display codes like the 02 ,is it turning over fast?
