4gk HELP NOW

i cant get the retainer nut as far down as it was stock usung the new lower spring seats. i have have cranked as hard as i can on then and it won't go any further. can i use the stock lower seats i accidently had them in first and they went all the way down

make sure the new seat and springs are sitting down in there all the way and not hung up,it sounds like its hung up on somthing,i would disassemble and try again making sure everything fits all the way down,also are you sure you didn't get the seats mixed up

Did you remove ALL of the OEM seats? The skinny tubular collar around the threaded stud is easy to miss.

i figured it out didn't get your guys responses til after i was done. rare 1 your advice would of helped me alot thats exactly what i did no one told me that the oem seat is 2 peices i had the bigger seat still in there. this is probably the best mod i've done its just so smooth and my rpm fly up to 4k. clutch or pistons don't like it though clutch slips at a little over 1/4 throttle and egts move as fast as my rpm
