Angry

Well,
I went and picked my truck up today. The dealer told me he thought the fuel pump might be bad, or that there might still be trash in the system but that everything was ok. I made it 6 miles before i broke down and chrysler had to come and tow me back in. It took and hour and a half for the truck to get there and then the dealership took another hour getting me a rental to take home. I know so far they have changed a fuel line, the # 4 injector and some other things i had never heard of. They told me that they would have the new pump on monday, im not sure which pump it is. I dont think i should have to pay the deduct what about yall.

As above check your warranty book. Most fuel related items, pump, injectors, etc are covered as well and most if not all engine parts without deductable unless you are over 100K miles or over 5 years. Hope you have the box off as it will allow them to void your warranty on the spot and I don't think you want to pay that price if you don't have to.

Well
I hope i dont have to pay for all of it myself, but when i put the chip on i knew that was a chance i would be taking, i did however return the truck to stock before taking it in.

Nice fellas. I get negative reputation points awarded because I said that this guy modding his truck should be his own warranty station. What is up with that?

Warn't me, TBone...

Just went back and put in a good word for ya!

I've always expected to fix all my own stuff since I made a nut-throwing rubber band gun out of my first ERECTOR set and shot out the garage window.

If it makes ya feel better, you've been an unknown quantity since the points system began...

Begle1 would be jealous of negrepoints

stating your opinion or making a point doesnt have to be hostile does it? When I read your post I kind of thought it was uncalled for.
