did this 2 times now no other probs just crusing around town & it just dies like its out of fuel,turn it over a few times then it runs fine iam guessing its the lift pump i dont have gauges so not sure on the fuel pressure whats the best way to check & is the lift pump on the 03 in the tank.

The lift pump is located on the back of the fuel filter canister

 

Check for codes and report back! Key on, on, on and read speedo.

Most likely a bad lift pump, as noted the 03 lift pump is on the back of the filter housing, unless replaced under warranty already.
