-20 F. Truck quit. Won't start!!!

??? My Dodge 2500 quit going down the road yesterday. Thought it may have been jelled up. Tried ghanging the fuel filter and adding conditioner. Checked for fuel flow at bleed valves and I have fuel flow. Had block heater plugged into a generator for 5 hours. Still won't start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
