I might be able to take a pic of the location tommorow, but its easy to find it. It's just one bolt holding it in the side of the block behind the starter, 2 or 3 wires running to it. If my mind is working, you remove the bolt and pull the old out. It a tight fit and I think I rotated it as i pulled. I also tied the starter out of the way. I will check my manuel for the torque spec for the bolt if it is in there.

You really should remove the starter as it gets in the way. You need a 12 point 10mm combination wrench for the starter bolts. These are really tight the first time. A 12 pt socket won't fit unless it is a very short one. I have one from a serpentine belt tool set that barely fits. The sensor is plastic with a metal retiner. It can be very tight in the block. Try some penetrating oil. It's not fun if you bust it off so gently work it to remove it. It has an o-ring that gets stuck. Be sure to disconnect the battery first.

sorry couldn't get a good picture of the sensor, but the book I have said to torque the hold down bolt to 180in/lbs.
