Don't trust the techs too much here. I asked them the other day if I had to buy a relay for my running lights to work on my travel trailer ( because I did on my Nissan Titan) and the tech told me I had to pay 90 dollars and let them update my computer so the lights would work on my travel trailer. Now this is after I bought truck with towing package. I got mad hung up and checked fuses under the hood. Fuse was blown for trailer parking lights. Guys just don't seem too smart.

Called me back said they STILL can't figure out what the problem is. They have had my truck for 3 days already. Says they have ruled out the fuel issue because they hooked truck up directly to different fuel source and still won't start. Really beginning to wonder about these guys

Oops, guess I ought to learn to spell...Sorry about that bad post...

I'm curious now too - are there other dealers around you that have "certified diesel techs" on staff. Some may atually have a little deeper knowledge of this truck. I'm fortuanate as the dealer I live closest to had 3 diesel-only techs on staff and they deal with quite a few commercial Rams and Sprinters. I would research other dealers, and if you find one you can trust, have it taken there. Just try to be patient though all this...I know it's hard when we're talking about a nearly-new truck.
