Have 06 3500drw less than 2000 miles on it, driving across texas on tuesday with empty gooseneck trailer and clutch starts slipping going up small hills, take to shop wed morning, after trans removal find out seal at input has leaked and soaked clutch, when seal has been pulled wed afternoon find out "oil slinger?" has cut seal dealer locates part late wed and might get part fri morning after thanksgiving.

Has anyone had or experienced similar problem

likely losing some fluid since new but didnt test clutch till tuesday, how big a concern is this
