06 making bad noises

2008 Ram 2500 with 190,000 miles. It had all injectors replaced about 30 days ago and has been running great. No codes. Then while driving it started making a knocking noise. I was just a couple blocks from home and parked it. Take a listen to this Youtube video.

It blows black smoke while running. My usual mechanic cant get it in for a couple weeks. I need it sooner.

Injector pump maybe??? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it sounds different than when an injector went out. this knock sounds like it is coming from the front of the engine. When the injector went out the truck actually sounded fine at a higher RPM. This knock does not go away with RPM.

Bet one of the tips to the rebuilt Injectors blew off.

DON'T run it any more than absolutely necessary, that thing is ready to take out a piston.

Can you pull the Injectors yourself?

On edit, are there codes now?

That was it. I took it in this morning and that was the report. Thanks everybody for your help. I have been lurking here for a few years and this the first time I have ever had a problem worth talking about. Great forum.
