06 getting harder to start

i have a 06 and i had gotten some bad fuel that had grit and water in it. I removed the tank and cleaned it out and cleaned the pump assembly and the screen. I also installed a new filter and cleaned the filter housing out as well. I refilled the filter housing with sea foam and a new filter and added lucas and sea foam to the new fuel. Its not smoking at all but it has a knock at part throttle and its getting harder to start. I tested the transfer pump and i have about 8-9 psi. Any ideas on what else to check. I dont really have the money to take to a dealer to have them check it, got laid off at Christmas so im on a tight budget. Thanks for any help

Had the same problem with our 03 dodge, I ended up changing the fuel pump and changed the fuel filter at least six times. I cleaned the fuel filter housing every time I changed the fuel filter. Over all it cost $180 for the fuel pump and filters.

I'd have an injector return flow test performed....... but if it fails that will blow your tight budget to pieces unfortunately.
