ok guys need some help.
installed some New highbeam HIDs.
my problem: when trucks Not running keys missing OR key in running position
they work 100%
when the engine fires up within 5seonds they shutoff flicker then nothing
also when its running the lights Dim then they shut off the lights come back bright and then they start to flicker.

also my truck is also weird, when running hot or cold interior/exterior lights dim get brighter all the time.................reffering to l think this is what causes these hids to Turn off "Not enough juice"


l need some input please

 

Sounds like you may have two separate issues going on. It's normal for the lights to dim when it's cold. The grid heaters cycle for a few minutes and then the dimming lights should go away. If they continue to cycle dim, them bright, after several minutes you need to look into things a little deeper. You could have a problem with the grid heaters, the charging system or even a crank sensor and it's wiring harness. If all that checks out, the HID's crashing is moist likely from the need to install the proper size relay or upgrade the headlight wiring harness.

 

alright, l'v come to the conclusion
hids just Wont work without somhow Tricking the main harness.........l'll deal with it after winter
