Try a search for injector leak down. I've heard of leaking injectors losing pressure over night, and it will not start after that without ether. Once it's running it runs ok, but just won't start. I'm still new to the whole diesel world myself, but I do read alot. Of course now I have nightmares about my truck lol. Don't read on DTR before you goto bed!
