I went outside today to start my truck and it fired up slowly. So I let it idle for about 5 minutes while I slowly gave it gas. I had it up to about 2 grand and it made a thumping noise so i backed down and it stalled. So i let it sit for about 5 minutes and tried again. It started quick to about 300 rpm and then died. Tried again, same thing. My guess is because it has been raining for two solid days that something must be damp in the motor. When I tried to start it the second time the Wiat to Start Light never went off even thought I waited for abut 30 seconds. I also havent started to truck for about a week and its been below 50 degrees at nights now. I bought the truck back in June so this is the first time I will experience the coming cold. When the truck semi turned over the second time I tried to start it I noticed the battery voltage was at about 10 volts. Any ideas guys?

 

Well never mind about the help. I was able to start the truck and drive it to a local Dodge dealer
