'01 w/115K started, died, won't re-start

Truck has been sitting outside for about three weeks after it was last driven. Last two weeks have averaged about 5F, with the last few nights at -10F. Plugged truck in for about 4 hours (block heater, battery pads, oil pan heater) and it started right up. Idle fluctuated a bit, but when I pushed on the pedal, it ran up to 1800 rpm with no problems and the idle smoothed out for a few minutes. I was thinking gelled fuel, and as I walked to grab the PS 911, it died and won't restart. I filled the fuel filter canister with 911 (fuel was still liquid) and put the rest of the bottle in the tank, but still no joy. I noticed when the truck first started the voltmeter was all the way to the left, and after a few minutes, it went back to the normal range. Both battery test eyes are black, so I've got it on a charger right now, and with the charger's "boost" function, it'll crank for a bit, but doesn't even sound like it wants to fire. Checked for codes and didn't get anything.

Thoughts? I need to get it started so I can get my trailer from behind it and move my wife into her new house.

you'll probably have to crack an injector after you get the batteries charged up

Remember the heaters will cause low voltage and voltmeter jumping around as they cycle on and off.
Check for fault codes.

Update

So it's been on a charger all night. Batt's are still black eye, but it'll crank for a bit. I've cracked injector lines 1, 3 and 4, but only get fuel out of #4. Still doesn't sound like it wants to fire. I can't get a truck close enough to put another battery in the system either. No codes. Thoughts?

Managed to get it into a garage. Guess after I replace the batteries I'll give it a go and see how things shake out. I had it running (roughly) for awhile, but when I got out to tighten the injector lines, it died again and wouldn't restart. Our trucks don't roll very well without power!

just a tought but could it be posable you have a partial or full blockage (frozen in the tank) pick up tube? could try warming tank .will the PS911 thaw fuel lines) might be the lift pump check for good flow from tank. my.02
