Wow, talk about some serious boost!
no no no, they are designed to be remote mounted in the bed. it will not work with a megacab. they are true twin turbos, the one on the right is plumbed into cylinders 1,3, and 5, the one on the left goes to 2,4,and 6.
Seen those before on many Oil and Gas sites..
Caterpillar G3616 engines. Those turbos don't have very good reliability either. Most companys have to change them out every 10 - 15,000 hours in good or bad service. Realy, most times the boost is less than about 15 psi max. I am not sure about the Diesel units, they may run into the 30's.
Engines are rated for around 4500 Hp at 900 Rpm... Thats a measely 26,250 Ft-lbs.. I think SBC makes a unit for that? Dual disk for sure...

They're definately painted Caterpillar yellow....
Look at the plate it is mounted on. That looks to be 1in plate.
