whats stock tire size 1995 2500 Ram extended cab

I'm tire shopping guys I don't know which would be best 225 or the 245 R16. I found the Hancook E rated tires. How tall tire is best for mileage? And how much is too much tire. Ill be mostly highway traveling long distance. And Ill have a slidein camper. What tire would you go with folks? This is my first Diesel truck. I'm not going muding or racing. I'm going to be cruising slow and steady sightseeing. I don't need tons of torque because I just have slide in camper. And sometimes pull a 20 foot car hauler with a Md 5100 kubota. And I have stick transmission. Which tire would you buy? I don't want to hurt mileage any more than I have to.

I ran stock (245/75-16) for a while and they work OK but when I swapped over to a 5 speed manual from the auto, found the OD to be shorter. Went from about 1800 rpm at 65 to 2000rpm. Switched to 265/75-16 to gain that back, I also like it to ride just a bit smoother with a taller sidewall. Mileage for me is avg. around 20mpg mixed driving, can get 22 on the highway. Make sure its an "E" rated tire, "D"s have a softer sidewall that doesn't doo well with the Cummins over them.
