all i can say is if anyone on here is from tennessee this auction makes you look bad..... so he's got a 6 valve cummins motor in an 1988 ford dually that he then showes a pic of a chevy dually? i wander what the reserve is?

 

If he stuffed a 5.9 cummins in a 88 ford truck, and is from Tenn, he probably put a 86 chev front clip on the ford truck too!!!! Just to mess with EVERYONE!!!!

I sent the guy a few questions on the first time he listed it and he never got back with me,that was two days before the auction ended. He sounds suspicious to me, I even tried to get him to let my brother who lives in Tenn. to come by and no answer either. I would leave it alone. Who puts a $10k motor in a chvey to go hotshoting?? you guys never heard of one valve per cylinder. That is the best thing to do . I want to do it to my truck

it's funny he changed it to say it was a chevy not a ford.... but it still isn't the right year... 1988 was the newer body style.... 1988-1993 i think? maybe he changed that out too.... here is the 1988 body style

in '88-'91 chevy crew-cabs, suburbans and blazers were all old body style. the grill on that truck was used from '86-89 so it is possible it is an '88
