weird question

Okay, This is prob a first, My dad bought a 89 bluebird tc2000 with the 5.9 12 valve, It has a mild lop and smokes like its been enhanced, I know its slightly more beefed up but its got a rebuilt motor, So is it the same p7100 ip that you can tweak with the screws? i believe its got an exhaust to cause its louder then any bus ive been on, Any ideas?

I dont think the egts can be high cause its not hauling a load, Were converting it to a motorhome, Its not being run as a school bus, all that motor is doing is moving the weight of the bus, but it is the p-7100 still?
