weighed mine today

9230 with 3/4 tank

no junk in the cab but i probably have 300 lbs of tools etc..

I bet i lost 50 lbs yesterday when i put the aluminum 1 piece drive shaft in

Mine scaled at 3700kg with full tank with no people in. I have no spare tire under the truck, or the 30kg hitch on. That's 8140 pounds.

My truck on a normal day with me, maybe 300lbs of "stuff" and a 1/4 tank of fuel is around 8500 lbs

When I first bought mine, it weighed in at 7250 empty, no driver. Since then, I've added heavyduty bumpers, gooseneck hitch, bigger tires, toolbox/fueltank, and another toolbox. I'm headed to town tomorow, I'll try an get it on a scale and see what she's weighin now.

WOW... I feel fat, mine ranges from 8900 to 10000 on a normal day. We call it the beast, I just keep piling on the tools and equipment!

Wow! My 02 QC 4x4 weighed 5200-5400 unloaded IIRC? Those 1st Gen Cummins DRW's were light.

It also explains how even with the 5.9 Magnum, she was such a dog, thirsty one too...10.5mpg city and 15mpg highway if I was lucky.
