Exclamation warning

Good evening all..

This is a warning about a transportation company that a friend in the Armed Service just dealt with this past week and few days. the company is NAO Auto out of Spokane, WA. they pick up his car from his base in Alabama and told him 4 days till he got the car in WA. that was last monday.. he just got the car back today and had to go pick it up himself because they kept telling him he would have it tomorrow and then they wouldnt show.. and they still made him pay even though it was 5 days late.

i dont know if any of you have delt with this company before but i just figured i would throw out a heads up.

thanks for your time.

Andy

Got to remember there has been some real bad weather inbetween WA and AL lately.
Interstate 90, the main road to Spokane, has been closed several times in the last week though Montana due to snow.

Yeah, I agree on the weather issue. We got 8 loads of brick out of Pine Hall, NC three weeks ago delivered to Bremerton, WA and the trucks were all running behind and the drivers were really exhausted from dealing with snow and rain the whole way. One was three days behind and the last two were a week late.

Customer Service is King. Always has been, but I have seen a lot of 'couldn't care less' around lately and its disheartening. Good Luck
