I had a similar problem with them too.
A few weeks ago i was driving too work and my truck started too sputter. I had just had the tranny rebuilt so i thought it had something too do with it. It turned out I had blown the 15 amp fuse for my HPFP. Stuck a 30 amp fuse I had in the truck in it and it worked again so i continued on to work. Got to work and got a 15 amp to put back in it. On the way home blew the fuse again. So stuck the 30 back in and drove home. Got home and removed the pump, called FASS and left Jim a voicemail. He called me back and I explained what had happened and asked if there was any warranty left pump was built in Mar of 06. Of course they never got my paperwork. So Jim says " Just run the 30 amp and spray some brake cleaner in the ports as there may be some debris in the pump". Come home put everything back together after cleaning, put a 15 amp fuse in blew it almost immediately. So i put a 30 in and tried again, pump started and ran climbed under truck to look at pump, see smoke coming from the power wire. Shut truck off and pull the pump back out and totally dismantle it. The motor is just Black inside. Sent it too my starter guy and he rebuilt the amature. Got it back and put a 15 amp fuse in and have gone the last two weeks with few problems other than pressure drops to about 10 PSI at full throttle. That might be a guage isolator problem though.

Do NOT even get me started on how much of a piece of GARBAGE the FASS warranty is.
All I will say is this....
Spend your money elsewhere where the company involved wants your business, appreciates your business and STANDS behind their products......Nuff Said!

Do any of ya'll ever get the feeling that even though we all (well most of us) did turn in the warranty cards that somehow they will be "missing" when the time ever arises???
Must be nice for any company to just say " oh we don't have your name on our warranty registration files " whenever they want. Not pointing fingers but just venting a concern of mine that could always oocur and to anyone...
I agree with annabelle screw the warranty cards, back up your product, especially if you can prove you have it and bought it...

Apparently other companies do similar "confusing the customer" games.
I bought a printer a couple of years ago. It had a $20 rebate. I sent in the required paperwork and a copy of the receipt. Their reply was, "It out of date". I had sent them a copy, so I had the original. I looked online and the company had a history of the same story. They just want to frustrate you enough to give up.
What's this world coming to? Lack of principles, morals, and integrity.

Man that sucks, I hate hearing about companies that dont stand behind their products! It's shameful, to say the least. After reading this thread, i'll not ever spend any of my money on their products, so thanks for the heads up!

Just take a look at our government... that's what this country has come to...
