Truck on fire on local news

Was watching the news this morning and my dad caught this and called me in. The news chopper was following a truck after a couple calls reporting it was on fire. CAn you guess what it was?

An 07 Dodge diesel....6.7. We couldnt stop laughing....the news couldnt understand the flames and sparks out the tailpipe. Ill see if I cant dig up the video for this.

Which news station was it on? I've been looking for video, but I haven't seen it on the four main channels in DFW.

He was laughing because the EPA thinks that by lowering a particulate emissions they are saving the world, but what about the increase in brush fires we are gonna see when these things start belching sparks and catching pastures on fire when ranchers are out driving around the ranch.

Sure, just add a propane bottle to the bed of the truck and have it pluged into the exhaust about a foot away from the tail pipe. Wire up a igniter from a old gas grill and you will have a flame thrower.

and yes, these new emmisions BS trucks are stupid. California creates more pollution from their forest fires then our trucks. Make california stop having forest fires, then we would have room for our trucks to pollute the world.

U know, if we marketed these trucks to the ricers there could really be a boost in sales. They have been trying to make flames come out of their exhuast for years.....

Question 'Flamethrower Exhust

It had been rumored that a utility contractor in a diesel "Flamethrower was responsible for at least one of the recent California fires. Any truth in that rumor?
