OK .. just talked to the finance manager .... she said ... we can do this two ways ..

1st option: add a stick on name plate - which is no biggie ... not a big delay ..

2nd option: We can have the name engraved directly on the main plaque .... she will call and inquire on the options/timeframe to add this ....

how exactly to you get your truck, the truck of the month? is it something the admins deside? That would be pretty cool

 

The TOM committee peruses the member albums and finds a some worthy trucks.

Then they narrow it down to 3 trucks and let the DTR membership vote for the favorite.

The one with the most votes wins.

Way back when I got mine selected, (December 2003) it was just the comittee that fought it out,
much better letting the members vote.

So, get pics of your truck uploaded, the next 3 trucks will be submitted for voting on the 15th.

Thanks for my plaque Keith! Sorry I didn't call personally but you know how busy people get. Anyways, it is mounted right above my tool chest in the garage and my wife makes a face everytime she sees it! She just doesn't understand.........

 

It's always the behind the scenes guys who never get the gratitude they deserve! We all hope to have our names on one some day! And of course we are ALL thankful that you keep that dream alive!!!!!!

 

Keith, thanks for my plaque also! It is a prized possession. I have a lot of people ask about my truck so I carry the plaque in my truck to show it off!
