Thanks DTR For All You Do
I've been a member for a long time. Sometimes I'm active, sometimes I don't sign on for months. When I need info on my truck I come here to get it.
I just replaced the VP44 after 265K miles (world record I think
) and I referred to this site several times searching old posts, using the Tech Facts, and asking questions when I could not find the answer for my situation. The information was right on, helpful, and it saved time and money.
Of all the web sites I post on, this is by far the most civil, informative, and entertaining one around.
Just wanted to say thanks to all of those guys & gals that make DTR what it is, and to all of the members who post here.
Thanks!

Don't mean to hijack your thread Geico.
I just got back from a trip from Saskatchewan into the States as far south as Enid and Tulsa, OK. East to Branson, MO. and back with a few stops inbetween. I turned over 440,000 kms or 273,000 miles. Still the original VP44 (knock on wood).
I still trust the Cummins and the rest of the package, but thoughts still crossed my mind about reliablity before I headed out.
I am not superstitious but I hope my posting doesn't end my good luck.

Geico, I agree with you. This site is the most informative cummins site that I've come across. I belong to two other sites, one is good for info but has all 3 brands of diesel pick ups on it so not everything is cummins, and the other is a cummins site but isn't as helpful as this one.
DTR has been a good help more than a few times for me with my truck and when working on friends trucks!
