Starting Problem
We have a '99 Ford F-800 here with a Cummins engine that wont start. It was brought into the garage where we changed the fuel filter and once we had it all back together it started for about 10 seconds then shut off and WOULD NOT roll over and start. Need some suggestions ASAP.

Is it a 12 or 24? My guess is that it is a lift pump if it is a 24.
