It's fairly common around here to hear it either way. Must be a southern thing...

Besides, he's an Okie, cut him a little slack.

Thank you, Tex! I was still trying to figure out the INSULT when I saw the RESEMBLE thing pop up. It was supposed to be "funny" comment, you ya-hoo's. (i.e. Ya-hoo, noun, a person being made fun of in a non-insulting manner to which no disrespect is directed. Origin: Redneck, i.e. Oklahoma/Texas)

Same here...

My M-I-L says things are a "mute" point. Drives me (and my wife) up the wall.

My father-in-law say "cipher" fuel instead of siphon. My wife gets mad at me when I make fun of that. He lives four miles north of the Red River. I can blame it on his Texan influence!!!! HA, Tex!!

I've got a dark blue truck with miter cuts and the inside of my bed and my tailgate are covered in soot so bad that you can't sit on them and when it rains it slobbers all over the truck and leaves black marks that come off with soap and water. Now, if you don't have a smokey truck it shouldn't be an issue.

man, you need to put a pinhole or two in your setup... I had miters on my white 97, and I had practicaly ZERO soot slobber issues... 370's, #0 plate full forward, AFC hsng/wheel full forward (it smoked a little)
