Schaeffers oil

I'm amazed that after reading all these differant posts from guys advocating thier favorite oils I haven't seen one prop for Schaeffers. I know there are alot of great oils out there now but I think the Schaeffers stuff is awesome. Maybe it's not well known because it's not really an over the counter product and is usually only available through a distributer. Many of the fleets use it so there must be a reason. You should really have a distributer show you the demonstrations. Just an opinion.

I agree. I've seen the demo and it woke me up. It was compared to the rotela oils.
I'm buying next.

Yes, its a very good brand of oil. I use to work on a fleet of 30 dump trucks that ran Schaeffers in everything from the engines to the trans and diffs. Rarely was there a failure do to the oil or grease. Most failures were do to mechanical defects or operator error. Oil analysis always came back good too.

I use Schaeffers on all my smaller engines and their gear oils in trannys and differentials. Also use their grease exclusively. But their motor oil is too expensive to use in my bigger trucks and tractors.
Delo has been doing me good for over 30 years.

Shaeffer's 9000 for me. A quieter and smoother running engine.

Have been running supreme 7000 in the truck since about 22k, with the small difference in price, I might try the 9000. Really like their oil and I dont think the price is outta range with what you get. The only problem I have is remembering to go get some ( its a 70+ mile trip for me ) when I use the last of what I have on hand up. We started using it on the farm because of their greases, man they have some good grease.
