Yes its a sterling grill on a ram.

4500 and 550 rams are the same truck as the sterling bullets hence the reason the grill fits

The picture is a 4500/5500 Sterling Bullet that has had an aftermarket bed installed on it..

The Sterling Bullet and the Dodge 4500/5500 was made at the same plant. Sterling is owned by Freightliner which is owned by Chrysler. The Sterling trucks are no more.. I now have a collectors item that is not paid for yet...

You will probably need a Sterling VIN. I looked at getting one and they needed the VIN to sell it to me.

Here is the number stamped into my grill:

55372524AB

If that don't work I call my dealer and get a number from my VIN for you..

Dang neer had to crawl into the engine compartment and shut the hood on myself to get it
