Petition against Calif. diesel emisions testing
I didn't see this posted anywhere else here.

What they are trying to do in Calif. will no doubt filter back through the rest of the states so you signing the petition can help stop it or modify it to a more reasonable outcome.
One of the compilers of the information for the emisions report was recently found to be submitting fraudent diesel smog emission facts to the report submitted to the Calif. officals. He was removed from the group of so called diesel emisions experts but how many other morons are compiling false info to the state?
#557 here.

I believe your efforts will be fruitless.... Washington state(in selected counties) has had emissions testing on gasser's and diesels for over 15 years now. Semi-annual testing at $16.00 a vehicle if it passes, can be up to $250.00 for a waiver if it doesn't pass. These elected morons are not about to give up that revenue.

Someone needs to start a petition to just remove California as a state all together and put up a big wall or dig a big trench around its borders. Now that I would sign in a heartbeat. I would even volonter labor to build said wall or trench.
