I picked up an Onan L634 Diesel generator for a song. Onan is actually manufactured by Cummins. If any of you have any info regarding this power plant as well as a possible source for parts it would be greatly appreciated. It needs a radiator and fan. The folks on this forum are amazing but I'll be real impressed if anyone nails this one!!!

Any of the larger Cummins dealers will either have the parts, or can get em for you.

Is it in fact a Cummins engine or a Mits in your unit?

 

....once again, you guys are amazing. Thanks for the info. Yeah berner, my research from Onan and Cummins on the web indicates this is a Cummins power plant. It's a small inline six. Onan claims these engines are now what are called the Cummins A-series. ratat98...not sure what a 4bt is. I've seen that refered to on this forum before. Just not sure what that means.
