HUGE thanks to Dennis for keeping up with this feature during this time.
Now for the task at hand........
DieselTruckResource.com
brings you the poll to help us select our
Truck Of the Month for
November 2007
our catagory this month..........
2500s
And once again folks ................. Time to vote for your favorite.
Every month, when we're surfing though the galleries to find candidates, we sometimes try to find members who are helpful to others in the forums, and we see some signiture lines that describe some probably AWESOME trucks. But when we go to their gallery...........no pictures.
There will be a Poll posted on the 15th of the month showing three thumbnail pics of the chosen trucks. By clicking on the thumbnail,,, you will see a larger picture of the truck. The owner's name will also be a link to their Profile Page where you can see the Truck Mods they have listed and also the link to their Gallery.
*NOTE* Now would be a good time to go into your profiles and make sure you have your Truck Mods listed. You can do this by clicking
at the top of the page and then Edit Profile to put your info in. Nominees are chosen by the TOM committee based on category for that month and forum participation. The winner of the poll will be posted as the Truck of the Month in the General Diesel section on the 1st of the following month, at which time we will send a PM/email notifying them and asking for their info so they can receive their plaque.
Dennis 'RATTLINRAM', Joel 'DieselDude4X4', & Ed 'Shovelhead'
Plus a special thanks to Dave 'wannadiesel' for technical help.

I recieved an email about this today and had to look in on it.I was flattered when I finally got home and seen this tonite. That shot was taken during Turbodiezel's going away party in 05 when Chris left for Texas.
One thing is for sure,ALL the trucks are sweet and how could you ever pick a winner. They all have the best of all worlds,Ma Mopars best trucks and the most feared diesel powerplant to ever sit inbetween the frame rails of a pickup truck.Good luck to all..............Andy

Thanks Ed for getting the poll posted. We had been gathering candidates for this month's poll and then I had this week off for vacation which is also the same week that my dial-up service at home decided to drop down to around 28000bps connection speed.
My normal slow dial-up went into SLUG mode and it was taking 5 minutes for a pic to load. This made trying to post the poll a losing battle. At least it's getting better at 40000bps now. Man I miss the lightning fast puter at work.
That's why it's alway a good idea to browse their Gallery to look at all their pics. As far as the wheels,,, I sure would like the ones in his 05 pic for my 2wd. There aren't many styles that you can put on a 2wd without making it look like you wanted the 4x4 look.
I would have to call it a "CLEAN" tie between Andy's truck and John P.'s twelve valve,,,,,, if you take a look at either one,,,,,,, they look like they have been stored in a climate controlled museum and never driven,,,,,,,, and I know for a fact that is not the case for either one.
Good luck to the candidates,,,,,,, I think we picked some nice ones!
