I know its not a Dodge but looks like Mercedes has the right idea...and it's built in Alabama! I sure wish I could afford one because the wifey needs a new ride.

Well it is actually partially a Dodge.. Daimler owns Benz as well as many other companies including Dodge...

Not any more. Daimler sold off the Chrysler group to Ceberus Capital Management.

Dang, the EPA sticker says it gets 24 mpg hwy. Does that mean a driver like me could squeeze 28-30 mpg out of it? Sounds really good.
