Well they did at one time always have a few on their lot...but as I've come to find out things are a changing.
My local ford dealer cut back on their Diesel lot inventory.

Your correct no 3.55's not with the new American Axle and no 20' on the HD's
really wanted 3.55's for a lower RPM on the highway.
